July 15 Martyrs were commemorated on the occasion of July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day in Maarif Schools all around the World with the participation of Ambassadors, local authorities, Turkish citizens from different part of the World and Maarif students.
Turkey’s Embassy in Malabo and Maarif Schools of Equatorial Guinea organized a joint program for July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day. The program took place with the participation of Turkey's Ambassador in Malabo Şebnem Cenk, Maarif Teachers and Students, as well as, Turkish citizens living in the country.
July 15 Martyrs were commemorated in Gabon Maarif Schools with a lecture of the Holy Quran, accompanied by prayers. Turkey’s Ambassador to Libreville Nilüfer Erdem Kaygisiz, Gabon Ministry of Foreign Affairs European Desk Director and Ambassador Guy Gérard NKOLO and some deputies attended the program.
July 15 was not forgotten in Chad Maarif Schools either. Turkish Ambassador Kemal Kaygisiz, Qatari Ambassador A. Sattar Mohamed Alsansari, Malian Ambassador Maiga Djibrilla, Nigerien Ambassador Mahamat Annaji, N’Djamena University Rector Mahamat Saleh Daoussa Haggar, Faysal University Rector Hassan Bouba, Chad-Turkish Friendship Group President Adoum Hindi Achayir, representatives of TIKA and Turkish Airlines attended the event.
The July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day Program in Romanian Maarif Schools started with a wreath laying on the martyrdom in Bucharest. Turkey’s Ambassador in Bucharest Füsun Aramaz, Bucharest Yunus Emre Enstitute Director, Turkish Education Counselor, representatives of TIKA and many non-governmental organizations, as well as, Turkish citizens attended the ceremony held in the school garden. The ceremony ended with an electronic painting exhibition after the speeches on the Night of July 15.
Guinean Maarif Schools participated in the Commemoration of the July 15 Martyrs program organized by Turkey’s Embassy in Conakry. The event ended with the recitation of the Holy Quran and prayers by the students of Maarif Schools for the martyrs.
